I've tried a few handhelds and this one is pretty solid for the cost. The 8cc capacity is perfect and it doesn't leak in my bag which is a huge plus. My only real gripe is that it struggles with thicker medications sometimes but for saline or albuterol it's great.
literally obsessed with these. i carry one in my bag for when my neck starts acting up at work and it really helps relax the muscles. plus getting two in a pack is a steal compared to some other brands.
